If you're adding a stock HP and you're not making any hardware changes, HP has his number on hand if you call your rep. Shouldn't be more than a 2 minute phone call. You don't often want to be wrong with this calculation when racking servers. It could cost money quickly.
Otherwise, I suspect that you can lookup the model number of the specific proliant server to find out how much max and minimum power it's drawing.
The formula is:
(volts x ampere) / 1000

If you happen to be budgeting, double your number. Servers have a sneaky way of drawing more power when things get busy or start to age. While this isn't a concern with 10 servers, if you fill a couple of racks, it could add up.
