As I think @lwelch tried to say, you could use a driver detective to see if there are any updated drivers, however you did say in your question that non showed up in the ASUS website.
You may be looking in the wrong place - does the keyboard run through any USB hubs before reaching your PC? If it does, try plugging the keyboard directly in, and seeing if you have the same issue.
Have you also tried a different USB port?
Also, check the BIOS settings for your motherboard, to check all the hibernation settings - there are some unusual ones (such as 'USB devices can wake computer' on mine for instance... disabling it can have similar effects to what you're experiencing).

Answered Question

Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.
How can I fix an issue where my USB keyboard be unresponsive on resume from hibernate or sleep mode?
The system in question is running Windows XP, on an overclocked ASUS motherboard, the keyboard is a Logitech G15, and I've tried different keyboards with the same issue. No updated drivers are present on the ASUS website, and I can't seem to find a solution via Google.
