Switch is a really popular, and free, audio conversion tool that has versions for both Windows and Mac.

If your issue is simply that you want to play the files in ITunes, I seem to recall that I was able to add a folder of wmas to the Itunes library and it converted them all to OGG files. Just a thought...

You can convert music files from .wma to .mp3 without having to buy or even install ANYTHING by using this site:

www.media-convert.com

Just feed it the file, tell it what format you want it to convert it to (it'll detect the input format automatically), let it work, and the new file will pop out for you to download. It's totally web-based, so it'll work just fine on a Mac.

You can use Switch or Audacity. Both are good.
