Anyone knows how to turn .exe applications to Vista gadgets?

The software was written in delphi language, perhaps it is possible to turn the delphi code into vista gadget?

It doesn't work like that.

For security it's like html, css with some hooks into the api

there is no way to do that because the exe is a program and gadgets are used soley for one thing for example weather notes that kind of stuff.
