I don't think you need to create an ISO as long as you can create an Autorun.inf file. It's really looking for instructions on what to do, not an actual physical disk.
There are also free programs that will let you make an ISO file from existing if you want to stick with that:

If I remember correctly, Nero 7+ can also do this as well.

That is ... if the current driver requires the disc to be inserted every time, perhaps you should uninstall it and install fresh using the exe you downloaded from logitech.

Where can I get an ISO of a Logitech QuickCam v11.8 driver disk?
I seem to have crunched the driver CD for my Logitech QuickCam webcam.
Ordinarily this wouldn't be a problem, but for whatever bizarre reason this webcam needs the driver disk to be reinserted every time I unplug and replug the webcam.
I can download the webcam software from Logitech, but it just comes in the form of an EXE file. It won't satisfy the camera's request to insert a disk, so I have to go through the extra step of running the .exe file afterward.
Can anyone help with this?

Rather than looking for a new key for a broken lock, perhaps you should replace the lock? That is ... if the current driver requires the disc to be inserted every time, perhaps you should uninstall it and install fresh using the exe you downloaded from logitech.

It's not the driver, it's the hardware. It does that every single time I plug it in, even if the driver's been installed already. And I can't remember specifics but I seem to remember having really crappy luck with the downloaded .exe files in regard to this. Grumble, why did this CD out of all of them have to break? :(
