It's very possible to get a case and power supply for that price.
My suggestion for a Socket A system like that would be the Antec Sonata III. It includes a very high quality case and a high quality 500w Antec Earthwatts power supply.

Where can I find a computer case for a "KT600 DRAGON Plus v.2.0" mother board? I also need a power supply.
The power supply needs to be a 400W at the minimum. All of this needs to be below $150.00.
