It's similar to "paying it forward"... but more like random act of kindness...
I LOVELOVELOVE to pay for the person behind me when going through a toll booth (we have a number of toll bridges here). It is completely random and I get a sense of joy seeing the confusion-turn-to-joy in the face behind me.

What have you done to "Pay it Forward" like Gabriel German?
Gabriel German of Orlando, Florida, is a millionaire who founded an orphanage in the Philippines. He was adopted as a baby and wants to 'pay it forward.' Next month he plans to give all the children a permanent home. It will cost him just $1500 a month to change the lives of over 200 kids forever. What is the best story of 'paying it forward' that you have heard/ or have done?

It's sure not up to the caliber of any real pay-it-forward type things, but earlier in the week, I donated M$16 in the hopes that someone would donate money to charity rather than haphazardly give it away. http://www.mahalo.com/answers/mahalo-answers-suggestions/i-have-got-8-mahalo-dollars-which-one-of-you-should-get-them-and-why
