Why is Youtube banned in Turkey and when was the last time it wasn't? Why?

I know that youtube was un-banned a while ago, and then they banned it again! I know why it was banned in the first place, but are the trials going on or is something else moving to end the ban?

The re-banning of Youtube in Turkey was for a similar reason as the first time. January 18, 2008 on Friday was when the second ban started. There's currently no date known as to when the ban will be over.
