The main cause of stress is the gap between demands and the ability of a person to fulfill those demands. There are many symptoms of stress, including these:

• Tiredness
• Trouble sleeping
• Muscular aches/tension
• Nausea
• Sweating, feeling hot and bothered
• Anger
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Irrational fears
• Mood swings
• Poor concentration
• Confusion
• Negative thoughts
