What is the name of an old comedy movie centered around an escape from a crazy judge/family?

The movie was probably made in the 80's or 90's and centers around several people being arrested for a "california stop" in a small town and then try to escape from the house/junkyard/prison that a crazy judge and his family use. They kill traffic offenders using a human shredder and all live together in an old house. I remember seeing this when I was young and can't find out what it is.

Pretty sure that's "Nothing But Trouble", 1991, starring Dan Ackroyd, Demi Moore and a few others...
