Sacha Baron Cohen is certainly making a name for himself as a genius comic. His other characters Ali G and Borat have a place a in history and I have no doubt that Bruno won't get the same fan fare and laughs. The trailer is very promising.

Let's not forget that like Borat there was lots of publicity before this came out, seems like almost every move was monitored and reported on by the press.

apparently Ron Paul has an interesting cameo

apparently Bruno fooled the Alabama national guard

apparently he crashed a fashion show.

Looks like the first quote in the trailer expresses it all: Vulgar, Shocking and and F**king hilarious. Looks funny as hell as long as you aren't easily offended. Even though the quote was in relation to Borat I think it'll easily apply here too.

Not my kind of movie, it's not the vulgarity it's the stupidity of the people in the movie.

Wow, I hadn't even heard of this movie before seeing this. I think anyone who liked borat will enjoy this movie (I didn't), it seems to be the same type of humor. I'll probably pass on this one.

Oh no.

That looks pretty funny.

I enjoyed Borat and I'll look forward to seeing this. I don't think I'll pay to go see it in the theater, but I'll be looking forward to watching it none-the-less.

I didn't know that film existed until just now either, but I enjoyed the Borat movie and can definitely see this appealing to the same audience so I'm looking forward to it! :)

You know.. saying that Bruno shows really face of America etc. is totally stupid, beacuse every scene in this movie was directed, I haven't seen any scene that wasn't directed, I thought that scene in the shop center with "Will you remember how we look like" was real, but it was cut from the movie. My vote 6/10, but If there put some real scenes, I think it would be much, much better than theatrical version of the film.

I thought Borat was hilarious, and it looks like this is very similar, so I'm going to watch it at some point.

Yeah, if you liked Borat I think you'll like Bruno. Same kind of humor - maybe even taking it a bit further... (if that's possible ;))

I think it'll be shockingly funny.

I think it looks funny, but I doubt that it will appeal to a very large audience. I didn't see Borat, but this kind of reminds me of Hedwig and the Angry Inch.
I will watch this, but not until it comes "out" on DVD.
