This one ran for 7 seasons from 1979 to 1986, but never made it to the UK.
On another note of trivia, the version of MASH that was shown in the UK didn't have the american laugh track on it. On a few occasions the laugh track version was shown by mistake and the BBC recieved many complaints.

that's interesting to know, I always was bothered by laugh tracks, it's like they are telling you when to laugh. South Park once did a spoof on it, Apparently Matt and Trey are not fans of the laugh track either.

Ya know, I'm a big fan of M*A*S*H* and before reading wiki entries on the show and movie, i had never heard of this. Though it was short lived it would be nice to see an episode or two. :)

I would love to watch some too....we watch MASH here daily....our DVR has about 50-60 episodes ready on a regular basis. Even my kids, 12, 7 and 7 love it.....
I watch it daily on Hallmark Channel and ION. :)
i think i own all the of the seasons on dvd and never knew of this. does anyone know if it is on dvd?
I have seen every episode of M*A*S*H, My aunt actually was apart of the 4077th mash (the real unit). I have never heard of this....(BTW the movie sucked....Alan Alda should have played hawkeye =( )
