Find me the funniest video of Jimmy Fallon.

Jimmy Fallon has been getting a lot of grief lately - people saying his new talk show is lame, and that he ruined every SNL sketch he was ever in, and that all his movies were terrible.
I want to see a video (from SNL, Late Night, a TV interview/appearance, a film, etc.) in which Jimmy Fallon is genuinely funny, and in which he doesn't suddenly break out laughing like he did in so many SNL sketches. I need a good response when people tell me that he's not funny. I want to be able to say, "Are you kidding? He was hilarious in/on ___________" You fill in the blank by showing me the funniest video you can find that prominently features Jimmy Fallon.

I like his new talk show. It has a geeky edge that really speaks to me :)

I think the problem is that folks think they know him from SNL. Conan was given years of slack to refine the late night gig until it got funny. Jimmy hasn't had this luxury.
