New York Newsday had a column where readers could have questions or complaints brought to the attention of government or a business by the

columnist. I haven't seen it recently, but I did a few months ago. They weren't ombudsmen for Newsday, but I seem to recall that word anyway. Does the column exist now? It might be a once a week thing, I haven't been able to find it, I thought it was Wednesday.
