The specific requirements to be a coroner are set by individual states, but most states expect a medical degree. A double major in biology and psychology would be great preparation for medical school, and the forensic science minor would be helpful when assuming the coroner's duties.

Can one become a coroner taking a double major in biology and psychology with a minor in forensic science??
I only ask because I really want to be a psychology major (psychology really interests me). I believe it ties in well, I could change to a criminal pathologist kind of thing....
Please help me.
