Carnegie Mellon is certainly the best - it's also of the top 5 C.S. programs in the nation. University of Pittsburgh is a fine school as well.
Duquesne also offers a M.S. in C.S. program, though it is not quite on par with Pitt.
Alegheny College is a good liberal arts school a bit outside of Pittsburgh in Meadville. They don't offer an M.S. that I'm aware of (only B.S.), but it's a great school. And as someone who did computer science at a liberal arts school myself (not there), I can tell you the focus on more theoretical helps in the long run - technologies and languages change, but the fundamentals don't.
(Also, don't forget the "h" - Pittsburgh not Pittsburg - the natives can get restless!)

There are a few smaller schools which you may want to consider: Duquense University (Has an MS-Info Systems Management), Robert Morris University (has about 5 IT related graduate level degrees) and Point Park University (MS-IS) which are all physically located in downtown Pittsburgh and have suburban campuses as well.

PTI is more career-focused. If you're looking for "computer science" and want to be hired as a software developer somewhere, I would probably avoid this school. If you're looking for something in systems administration, perhaps network engineering, etc, then it's ok.
It's still not as good as the programs above.

You have already considered the two finest CS departments in Pittsburgh (CMU and Pitt).

Actually I was considering something less theoretical like Carnegie Mellon's MSIT Ebusiness technology http://www.ebusiness.cs.cmu.edu/ebiz and University of Pittsburgh's MSIS http://www.ischool.pitt.edu/ist/degrees/msis-program.php . Those are perfect for me.
Just out of curiosity, why limit the search to Pittsburgh? Are you looking to go part-time? The reason I ask is that there are plenty of other great schools elsehwere in PA and of course the Northeast generally... and I personally hate the idea of limiting yourself to a particular set of schools or settling on a school that's not as good because of location only.
