Best Computer Science Universities in PA?

Hi, im planning to apply to a Computer Science M.S in PA. What university would you recommend me?.

I already considered University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon's , MSIS and MSIT Ebusiness programs respectively.

I did a similar question about Universities in Pittburgh. Given that I've been adviced to check the whole state instead I decided to create a new question.

Carnegie Mellon may be the best CS program in the country so it is without a doubt the best CS program in the state.

The opportunity you'll have to work on unique projects in part due to CMU's ability to get grants to do interesting research just won't be possible at many other institutions. Don't underestimate what these programs can offer you outside the classroom, it will surely be as important as what you get in the classroom.

I went to Penn State for IST (Information Science and Technology - similar to CMPSci, but not quite as technical). I would recommend PSU, but if you are trying to stay out in the western part of the state, you can't go wrong with Carnegie Mellon. It all depends on what you feel most comfortable with. A school could have the best Comp. Sci. program, but the rest of the school is just OK, then that may present a problem.

I went to Pittsburgh Technical Institute. Would I recommend it?... No. I did learn a lot, but i payed WAY to much for it. I have been told that the courses available were comparable to ones offered at Pitt and the price is better.
