This is what I found:

"dig into the production notes about the film on IMDB. You might learn something by looking at the costume and fashion related credits. For example, if a particular designer was contracted to do all of Julia Robert's merkins for her latest movie, that designer might very well get a special credit in the film notes. IMDB has a boatload of info that you have to sign up for a "pro" account to see. Might be some goodies in there for you."

Thank you for the other resources. I am hoping for someone with a keen eye to find the actual piece.

It's like something you'd find at Victoria's Secret. If it was just made for the movie that won't help me buy it as a present.

I would accept alternatives if they specifically made use of the corset tie in the back instead of hooks.

Since the movie was filmed a couple years ago, i doubt they would have the exact same model still being sold. For the amount of detail on the items, i doubt they are just something you could pick up at walmart. It could specificly made or most probably designer pieces.
For the type of bra, try balconette or demi bra and for the trend, colorblock.
