May I ask where you are living? You can check local shops from your place. You just have to choose something that has a light fabric like this one.


But I guess it would be best if you'll just go for bright colored dress. Most beach dresses are brightly or light colored. They look cool in the eyes too.

It all depends on your budget and where you live.
Forever 21 has cute summer/beach dresses, so does; charlotte russe, wet seal, it all depends on your style and budget.
Also if you are looking for a cheaper option ross and tj maxx have great beach dresses. They are usually the long ones thou.
