Climate change is the process whereby the climate norm of an area changes to a degree that a new norm is established. So if a temperate zone experienced enough change so that it began to resembled a tropical zone, that would be climate change.

Seasonal changes of climate patterns, including temperature, humidity, precipitation, wind and seasons, that affects the way people, plants and animals live.

Climate Change is any long term significant change in the average weather that a given region experiences. Average weather may include average temperatures. precipation. and patterns.
