What is the best (and easily available) recording of Bach's Brandenburg Concertos?

I've read that baroque music is the best to study to, and that this work is one of the finest examples... so I'd like to try and invest in a recording of it. But there's so many I don't know which to choose. Any recommendations?

awesome thanks. is this a good recording? i've heard that theres many rather crappy ones out there (I'm talking musically not audio-fidelity wise)

Your local library might have a number of different recordings of this concert. I suggest going there and listening to the different versions to see which one you prefer the most. Then you can buy the CD of the one you like and know you are getting the highest quality version.
