Chris Brown charged with 2 felonies, will Rihanna testify against him?

and does she even need to in order for the case to go forward?

She's already stated that she does not want to press charges. She does not want the case to proceed.

Even if the couple gets back together, in LA you can still be charged with domestic violence. And if the DA can come up with conclusive evidence, then the case will happen without her having to testify against CB.

You know this kid is never going to hear the end of this.

Everyone out there is all talking like we ALLLLLLLLL know whats going on. We don't, we don't people. Who the frig knows, Maybe she's the one that was taking shots at HIM to begin with.

No, and this is why. IF she is pregnant, she's probably thinking that she doesn't want to hurt the reputation, or agitate the emotions of gorilla-tempered turd-boy. of her "babies daddy," and let it go. Plus, IF in the case that she acted in an offensive, or counter-offensive violent way, resulting in her(multiple blow) beaten-up face, maybe she's just kinda crazy and/or almost, if not just as abusive prone as Mr. Brown, and she wants to stay with him.
