Where is a good place to find data on the the mobile game/phone market?

Looking for a source for such things as..

How many people own a mobile phone?
What is their average age?

How many people own a hand held game device (DS, PSP, ECT)?
What is their average age?

How many people own an iPhone?
What is their average age?

What % of iPhone users play games on their phone?
How many iPhone games have been sold or downloaded from the app store?

Whats the best source for this type of info?

Mintel offer a lot of statistical data on a range of consumer categories such as mobile phones, however to gain access to their data you must either subscribe or if you are a student your university might have an academic licence with them to provide you with access.
