What iPhone app is available for sending and receiving MMS?

I have a first gen iPhone. When folks send a picture to me via MMS, I get that silly message sending me to a website where I must go to see the picture. Although I know how to set it up so I can send emails to phones, I need to know the service providers and set up email addresses etc.

I have already investigated the work arounds, so please don't give me this information:

I am wondering if there is an app that will do this stuff for me.

Quip is the only one I'm familiar with. It's not quite MMS but it's a start. What it will do is let you send a link to a selected photo via sms to anyone in your contacts.

The second link under sources has a demo video which should help you

Flutter also mimics sending an MMS. It actually sends a link to your image for them to open.

As far as receiving MMS messages, I don't think it can be done any other way. AT&T intercepts the MMS before it even gets to your phone and sends you the link with an unmemorable login and password that leads to a crappy, lo-res image.

LOL! EXACTLY my frustration! I feel like I need to tell people, "Don't send me pictures from your phone."
