1. If you have a need for high-level security for your phone (or your work requires it), the iPhone may not meet those security requirements. For example, the iPhone does not yet currently offer the ability to be remotely wiped in the case of theft or loss. This would ensure no confidential data (your's or a client's) would be compromised.
2. If you are a heavy emailer/typer, you may find the iPhone's touch keyboard radically different from the hardware keyboard of the Bold. I personally cannot type anything longer than a few words without getting very frustrated. Your mileage (and fingertip size) will vary.
3. If you want to carry just one device around, the iPhone's OS is superior to the Bold (in my opinion, and I use a Bold for work), especially for handling media. If the above 2 points don't have relevance in your situation, and you have the cash to do it, I'd say go with the new iPhone to meet your phone/email/media needs.

What are pros and cons of switching from my BB Bold to an iPhone?
I currently have a BB Bold and an iPod Touch 16GB 1st Gen. I am debating weather to buy a 32 GB 2nd gen touch or saving a bit more money and upgrading to an iPhone. Help!
