I'm going to go with no on this one...
Its a basic enough phone. Though the way the charger works is pretty excellent.

so do the phones.
3110 Evolve comes with features that is needed (and not needed) for basic phone user, good battery life, decent screen size, light weight, nothing to complaint about.

My answer is NO. The phone users are evolving, and more demanding, so do the phones.
3110 Evolve comes with features that is needed (and not needed) for basic phone user, good battery life, decent screen size, light weight, nothing to complaint about.
