Because the first ceremony in Mexico wasn't legal.
They didn't get a marriage license. That's why they needed a new legal ceremony in the US.

Because the first one was a publicity stunt. Oh wait, this is Heidi and Spencer... Both will be publicity stunts. Apparently, they want us to believe that they're stupid enough to not know that you need a marriage license to get married.

I hate them too. Reality television rewards the stupid and ugly. Speidi are the paradigm of stupid and ugly.
