It would be nice to have a dog named Whistler. They would call the dog Whistler in the White House, and everyone would say, "We've got a Whistler in the White House today!" I always liked that name for a dog, and once knew a dog named Whistler. It was such an adorable name for the dog!
I think "Giggles" would fit right in.
