According to reports today, the infant is hospitalized for not having reached the minimum weight to be discharged from the hospital, as opposed to a heart condition as previously reported.
According to a press statement released by the Sheens, Max does NOT have a heart condition. He is being kept because he doesn't weigh enough to be sent home yet. Apparently, the twins were a month premature (common with multiple births).
