Everyone makes mistakes! We're all only human, after all...

That being said, it's Dan Harris' JOB is to do interviews. He actually gets paid to do them. As with any other job, you've got to be properly prepared for the task at hand, and in this case, he completely failed to do any sort of preliminary research before he sat down with Jamie-Lynn Sigler. Something as basic as who she is currently dating should not be a topic that is overlooked before conducting a celebrity interview.

Can we all say "Insert foot in mouth"? :P

I have a lot of respect for that reporter. Some of them do more research on celebrities than they do on important issues and politicians. I'm sure he's saving all his effort an concentration for a program on ... something.
