While you could consider that "tasteless" or something like that, I hardly think it qualifies as RACIST. I mean, "racism" is a state of mind, where a race is stereotyped or viewed as inferior/superior to another. I don't think this is 'bad' enough to start calling her a racist.

No, she's a 16 year old girl making jokes in the privacy of her friends. Unfortunately for her, she's so famous that it got out and everyone is blowing this out of proportion.
