In an indirect way, Diana Ross is involved in the impending custody battle since Michael Jackson did name her as a possible guardian for his three young children. Michael Jackson named his mother, Katherine Jackson, as the legal guardian of his children in his will. He also named Diana Ross, in the case that Katherine Jackson were deceased.
