I doubt they will get back together, but anything is possible. She recently visited Hef's house when she normally wouldn't, so there is always that possibility. There is a reason they never divorced and from the enclosed article it appears that Hef may still have feelings for her.

She's been gone for so long, I doubt it. Not when ol' Heff can get younger and prettier chic's by his side.

Although I don't see her as his next "girlfriend," she does still live right next door with their children and they are still married. I don't see them getting a divorce and Hef marrying anyone else, so perhaps her role in his life is more than any of the young blonds will ever have. Kind of the rock wife point of view, that the husband might be with the groupies one night, but he is always coming back home to the wife.

I don't see them getting back together either. I think she just stops by once in a while to get a rise out of the new girlfriends.
