Do you think a suspended drivers license is fair punishment for Shia LeBeouf's July 2008 DUI?

Do you think it's fair that Shia LeBeouf's drivers license were suspended for a year for his refusal totake chemical tests following his 2008 DUI?

If he was indeed guilty of DUI then suspended license is the least the courts should do. Too many people are killed and injured by people driving impaired.

Refusing to test for alcohol when the police have probable cause is like witholding evidence or impeding an investigation. The penalty for that should be separate.

Sounds good to me. Also sounds like he should be fined and attend some classes.  I have zero tollerance...

He should get the same treatment as anyone else would. Celebrities don't deserve special treatment from the law!
