I had not heard of her before, so it is good publicity. But from the subject of the movie, I will not see it anyway.

She looks old enough to pose nude. Most actresses do, so it should simply be good publicity. Unless she has a Disney contract or something like that.

There is no way to know if it was a publicity stunt. If someone had the photo's the upcoming movie would make them more valuable.

I would guess it was not a publicity stunt because if it were and the story became public that would hurt her reputation for honest dealing, which even actresses need.

I think that this will hurt her for her movies. Because parents would not want there kid to watch a movie that has a person that has been nude around tv/internet in it. If it was intentionally something she did or not. Her pictures are out. It will deff. hurt her.

who knows? that seems to be the thing these days with the younger crowd, she is a very attractive woman so I dont see this being a problem if the movies she is in are any good.

There are several choice names for young women who do things like that and I most certainly do not let the young people I know see movies staring them.

Honestly she is insignificant in Hollywood. She did need these photos released to increase her 15 min of fame but I doubt it is working. As a warning her Manager/ Lawyer is claiming these photos were taken when she was a minor. Probably. To make the same "mistake" twice would be really retarded. Any normal person would have been so embarassed the first time, i doubt they'd ever take pictures of themselves naked again.

I've seen previews for the movie and it seems to be targeted to 14-17 year olds, and naked pictures on the internet is the perfect way to introduce yourself to a bunch of teenage boys who would then want to see "that hot naked chick" in a movie.

Yep, i think its totally planned.

Not really. i mean she's got a talented voice. I don't think she's relying on some pics to make her more of a celeb! simply getting more google hits doesn't get you money, but more listeners do.
but to go with you on this stunt thing, if her next movie shows nudity. maybe then, you'll be right!

Many advancements in an actors career have been made by either nudity in photos or lessor known movies. Many top actresses in Hollywood have exposed themselves early in their careers and have gained star status. It seems that when an actor seems to be sliding in popularity, suddenly nudes appear.
