I never heard that he was but he did look very weak and he was sick several times. If you recall he would show up late to court a lot and he looked really bad. I mean think about it, if you were in the public eye and something like that happened to you, how would you be feeling? Its horrible he had to go through that, the accuser and his family were known for committing false accusations against companies and celebrities such as JCPenney and George Lopez. It was an extortion attempt. People always found a reason to pick on Michael Jackson whether it was his skin disorder or his kind heart.
