What's the best and cheapest way to connect my iPhone to my 2007 Honda Accord without an FM transmitter?

I'm looking for a the simplest and cleanest solution. I would simply buy a new head-unit, but the '07 dash doesn't use standard DINS. I've only seen one method to add a standard-DIN using this adapter: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_120997864/Honda-Accord-Factory-Integration-Adapter.html . However that piece has horrible reviews and is $150.

There is an FM transmitter that plugs into the radio's antenna port, then you plug the antenna into it. It is still a transmitter, but the signal is very clean, not like having to tune the radio and competing with the local radio stations.

There are companies that make direct connection interfaces for OEM (factory installed) stereos. Scosche, Blitz-Safe, PIE, Peripheral all make good products. Check with a local stereo shop if you are uncomfortable taking the radio out to access the connections on the back. Otherwise, a Peripheral solution would be to use the PXAMG with the PGHHD1 cable. Some companies might not list an interface for that new a car yet, you may want to call the tech line.
