It's a VXR.
VXR is the branding for the high-performance trim specification, for models in many of Vauxhall's car range in the United Kingdom. It replaces the GSi branding which was previously used on top-end high-performance models.

Opel Corsa OPC / Vauxhall Corsa VXR are the same car.
Apparently this brand made quite a thing of flying. It may be because of their slang name "flying brick". Here's a balloon that they used another year (the silver one. It's radio controlled and was for the 2005 Astra launch).
Good grief! Here is another Vauxhall in 2008 flying over London Bridge with the aid of a giant crane. Why don't they just build a flying car and be done with it?

The car flies because it's actually a four kilogram balloon filled with helium and guided by three fans attached to the car. It's a VXR.

I can't open the file; but I see it's an Opel. The only flying Opel I know of is the one for the release event in London ( 2006 British International Motor Show ). It was a red Corsa, and was suspended from a helicopter. Apparently it was harder than it sounds to make it look realistic, and be safe as well. The company that did the rigging is still bragging about it. Opel Corsa OPC / Vauxhall Corsa VXR are the same car.

It's kind of ominous that the soundtrack has a lot of laughter, and not too many "ohs and ahs".
