I would say that if you know where you're going to take the car and trust the shop you're taking it to, you should just ask them -- after all, it's in their best interest to tell you where it is so you can bring it into them!

1995 Acura Integra LS 2dr. Transmission problem, where is dipstick?/ Clutch has no pressure
My integra has been out in the cold newengland weather the last few weeks and last week I started it up and the clutch was on the floor.
I had this happen once before, and I needed transmission work, but I was able to pump the clutch and get pressure back to get the car to an autoshop.
I tried pumping it but I only get back a little pressure, not enough to use the clutch. So I want to find the dipstick to check the transmission fluid but I cant seem to find it. I have a feeling it might be underneith somewhere
Can someone show/tell me where I can find the dipstick?
If you help me get my car out of my garage and into an autoshop I will offer a reward of 5 bucks. Because you will have saved me the expense of getting it towed.

There's a pretty useful site called clubintegra.com that might have the answer for you. You have to register and log in, though, to search. I found some info at http://www.clubintegra.com/board/showthread.php?t=11645 but then realized they were talking about automatics. Sounds like manuals may not have them and you do indeed have to look underneath the car. But not sure...I would say that if you know where you're going to take the car and trust the shop you're taking it to, you should just ask them -- after all, it's in their best interest to tell you where it is so you can bring it into them!
