'09 BMW 3 series or '09 Audi A4? Why?

Are you kidding me? Not even close. Audi will pretty much always win. Sure, BMW's are more associated with status and you see them on every single freaking street corner here in San Diego, but that status does not reciprocate into performance and the Audi has that.

The BMW has one other big advantage, a better warranty/fix up plan. It's even better than Mercedes'. But, the Audi is faster, better handling, more torque, better looking(easily), and safer in an accident(I know because I've been in one in the Audi). Doesn't even compare..

If you are looking to buy one of these, you should check out the dealers that you would be going through. Because both of these cars are sometimes difficult to maintenance in the US, it is best to have a dealer nearby who will be able to do repairs and tune-ups for you.
