Costco
They generally have a cheap selection of tires for reasonable prices.
There is a Costco at:
2901 Los Feliz Blvd
Los Angeles, CA 90039, United States
(323) 644-5200
Also, Costco rotates for free... so you can tell the new owner that as long as they take your receipt in (double check that it's transferable), Costco will rotate for free.

From reading the Westcoast Tire & Service website, I found that they rotate your tires for you for free every 6 months. You will be sent a postcard, and they will also inspect your vehicle for you at absolutely no charge.

Where can I find cheap tires in Los Angeles?
I need one tire for a Hyundai Accent (I didn't rotate forever). Anyone have suggestions? I hope to sell the car in 6 months, so I don't need to invest in something fancy.

Here are some places besides Costco. If you're looking for brand name tires for less, you might want to check out some of the tire stores mentioned below and do a price comparison if you're shopping for price.
