Typically the various American Airlines are offering the most competitive prices.

If you're flying from a location with Porter Air, Porter tends to be the cheapest but they fly out of very few airports (i.e. Chicago, Newark/NY, Montreal, Ottawa, etc.)

If you're flying from Europe, also try Iceland Air.

Overall, it takes a lot of research and comparison shopping for prices. If you have the time, monitor the prices over a week... they tend to go up and down on an almost daily basis when you use sites like Expedia and Kayak.
