Will a dealer disclose to you, if a disabler has been installed in the vehicle, at the time purchase?

The disabler will prevent a vehicle from starting. The disabler can be activated remotely. The disable is used to prevent the car owner from starting their vehicle, if they late on a payment.

Wow, I have never heard of this before, but my basic assumptions about how the legal system works would say that if you directly asked the dealer about a disabler they would have to tell you if it had one or not.

I would even start to question if such a device was legal in the first place.
