What of Alcoa's industrial fastener operations in North America? They have plants in Waco, TX and Mexico.

According to a January 12, 2009 report on Forbes.com Alcoa President and Chief
Executive Officer Klaus Kleinfeld said, "15,000 or so job cuts would take
place. 4,000-5,000 were in North America and
4,400 in Europe, including Russia, with the rest elsewhere.
