For the most part, any big-name insurance company is pretty much the same - so check around for the best price. Make sure that you're comparing equal coverage, though.
In my wife's last accident, we had a very pleasant experience (well, as pleasant as possible in such circumstances) with Progressive, the other driver's insurer. It wasn't quite as quick and easy as the musical number on their commercial for Concierge Claim Service...but it was pretty darn close. I don't know how they treat their customers, but they treat the people their customers hit very well, indeed. I would assume they take at least as good car of the people who actually pay their premiums.
