This happens when a worker of Rico Auto Industries Ltd (parts maker) were beaten to death by men carrying iron rod. The beater is believed to be associated with Rico Auto itself.

Rico Auto gave Rs 5 lakh to the family of the death worker as a compensation. However, the union leader thinks they should be given Rs 50 lakh instead. So, they held a strike to show protest on the situation.

Hope this answers your question.
