I love the Tesla for it's performance and Lotus chassis, and I truly respect the Volt for it's sophisticated engineering, flexible energy options, and long battery design life. But, come on, since your options include a Ferrari, there is only one choice. Get yourself a Ferrari while you can.
But I want to be green, you say? Well, then maybe the following logic can appease your conscience:
Green is a mindset. Realize that you can either buy a new 'green' car, with a significant environmental burden associated with it's manufacturing, or you can recycle a car that already exists like a nice 308. Sure, you will buy a bit more gas, but by recycling a car (buying used instead of new) you will be avoiding all the environmental impact of manufacturing a new vehicle. Note that the thought of buying a used Prius must NOT enter your mind, or the entire justification falls apart.

It all depends, which car do you want to buy? If you're pro the Earth friendly car, go with the Tesla Roadster as you do not need to fill it up with gas. If you like the brand Ferrari and the older style Pininfarina, then you might want to go with the Ferrari. I'm not quite sure about the Volt, as it's not out yet and it doesn't seem to be in the race car style league with the two others. I believe the Tesla Roadster is the most environmentally friendly, and the quickest!
