Since the chapter 11 filing (restructuring) Monaco has since filed under chapter 7 (liquidation). The company has sold all of its assets and essentially no longer exists.

Typically when this happens to a company the obligations of the company for service warranties are purchased by a third party. Most likely the proceeds from the liquidation of the company's assets were used to fund this.
