I don't know what the vehicle cost new, but I'll use $75,000 - $80,000 because it seems in line with the new models of that type I found online and because it corresponds with the chart on the site I cited below. The depreciation reasoning says that it's probably worth about $52,000.
The site is worth checking out because it details the benefits of buying a used RV versus a new. Because the question was actually "what would YOU pay...", I'd have to reply "I'm not in the market." I can't afford to pay for one outright, which is my terms of sale now...but good luck buying or selling!
