Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.
Has anyone experienced this issue related to the Toyota Recall?
I was just reading this report and listened to that 911 call.
Being an vehicle inspector, couldn't the driver have stopped or at least slowed down the car by putting it in neutral and using the parking brake?
